Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to grow business for customers and Abbott, attaining sales and spend goals.
You will possess a 'General Manager' mindset, owning every aspect of the business, and be responsible for overall financial management, including forecasting, trade spend, deductions, and markdowns.
You will also be responsible for new item sell-in and product life cycle, building cross-functional relationships with brand, sales strategy, and marketing teams to implement strategic growth plans that drive results in store and online.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing annual key account business plans
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships and clear communication across functions, business units, and regions
- Preparing plans, negotiating acceptance to customers, and developing incremental business opportunities
- Collaborating with the customer, internal sales, and marketing functions for development of promotional strategies, special products, new item co-creations, and to execute brand strategies
