Operations Director

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading European solar investment platform to find an experienced Operations Director to drive the growth of their new brand in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage the installation of solar PV projects, including engineering, procurement, and project management.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure projects meet the company's standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Spanish solar PV self-consumption industry.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV installations, electrical systems, and construction processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other IT tools used in project management and operations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
