International Regional Director of Operations

At Smart Rental Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Regional Director of Operations to join our team. This key role will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of all our hotels within a designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Manage and direct hotel directors to achieve business objectives.
