SmartRental Group is a dynamic company with a strong presence in the European hospitality market. We are seeking an experienced International Operations Director to lead our hotel operations in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate hotel operations in assigned geographical areas
  • Ensure and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies
  • Lead daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Implement and comply with company policies and standards
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures
  • Partner with the COO and work according to departmental guidelines and priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze results and develop improvement action plans
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
