You will work closely with senior management across all teams and locations to develop and maintain a strong relationship. Additionally, you will work in a cross-functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreams.
Key responsibilities include defining and supporting the strategy of your vertical, ensuring individual team members are effective, and providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members. You will also analyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve it.
We are looking for someone with a project management/startup or consulting background (7y+ experience), fluent in English and Spanish, with strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience in large team management.
