We're seeking an experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team at Parexel, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Director, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across Parexel's FSP services, primarily clinical operations. You will work closely with our Commercial Operations team, Solutions Consultants, and clients to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities across Parexel's FSP services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Solutions Consultants to develop and deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transition to delivery
  • Maintain close relationships with delivery teams to identify new opportunities and ensure account growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, including in complex, dynamic teams
  • Excellent business/industry awareness and a thorough understanding of industry trends and their impact on the business
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and customers
