Technical Support Associate for E-commerce Partners

**Role Responsibilities**
The Seller Support team serves as the primary interface between Amazon and its Sellers or Vendors. To enhance product offerings, Amazon engages with Sellers/Vendors who list their products on Amazon's global eCommerce platforms. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class support, technical assistance, and account management services to our global partners.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need a strong commitment to driving excellence in Associate and Seller/Vendor/Customer experience. A keen interest in process improvement, customer focus, and negotiation skills are essential requirements.
