About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support professional to join our team as a key account manager. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate clients in the ecommerce industry to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage relationships with corporate clients in the ecommerce industry to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and market share in the target region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and adherence to company guidelines and statutory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:- Hold an EU Passport or residence card.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales/relationship management role, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. However, this figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
