Its flagship product, 365 Total Protection, is the most comprehensive cloud security solution for Microsoft 365 on the market.
As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
You will engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, both on-site and online.
You will also assist in the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and RFPs, and assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
Requirements include a university degree or a completed training in the IT field, experience in the email security or backup market, and several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales, or consulting of IT solutions.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools is also required.
