We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Consultant to join our team at Hornetsecurity GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building customer relationships by understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate cybersecurity solutions.

  • Engage with partners and end-users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, accompany the installation and connection processes of our services, both on-site and online.
  • Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
  • Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.

  • You have a university degree or a completed training in the IT field. Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales, or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
  • You enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings.
  • You are fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, both written and verbal. Italian will be valued.
  • You tackle things proactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.
  • You have a high willingness to travel.
