This Cybersecurity Specialist will join our growing Secure Connectivity team, part of Cyber Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Firewall Policy Management: Review, implement, and manage firewall policies and configurations to ensure robust network security.
- Zero Trust Network Access: Support and manage ZTNA solutions to enforce strict access controls and enhance security.
- Policy Orchestration: Improve policy orchestration processes to improve security operations efficiency.
- Network Security Assessments: Support network security assessments and environment analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
- Incident Response: Support and respond to and resolve network security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into network infrastructure projects.
- Documentation: Maintain and update network security documentation, including policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and industry best practices to continually improve network defenses.
- 4+ years relevant experience in IT, with almost 2 years in network security field.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, ZTNA, and policy orchestration.
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with security incident response and mitigation.
- Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies.
