Sales and Account Manager for a Global Brand in Barcelona

Are you looking to start or advance your sales career in a dynamic and international environment? Blu Selection is seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global brand, driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners through consultative account management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships within accounts to preserve visibility of strategies and competitor movement
- Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios
- Drive benefit through proactive administration and track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
- Respond to client or partner calls and consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
Requirements:
- Native level of Dutch/Flemish and good level of English
- Previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channels
- Achievement-oriented and attentive listener with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, innovative, and able to work proactively at a fast pace
What We Offer:
- Full-time contract (39h/week) with Monday to Friday schedule (09:00-18:00)
- Gross salary of 21,110€ per year + up to 7,400€ in bonus
