Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and developing their sell-out, growth, and margin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
- Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve partner performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner marketing plans and co-marketing activities
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 2 years' related technical sales experience is preferred
- Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is considered as an advantage
- Familiar with channel programs
- Solid knowledge of sales CRMs, Microsoft Office package
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both oral and written)
- Target/goal-oriented with a sound business acumen and commercial mindset

Compensation: Gross 21,600 EUR + Bonus - €7400
