**Job Overview**
As an International Sales and Lead Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects and decision-makers at targeted companies. Your primary goal will be to generate new business leads and opportunities through effective sales and lead management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. • Identifying and qualifying high-quality leads using CRM tools and data analysis
    • Collaborating with team members to support planned activities, manage lead handover, and follow up on new opportunities
    • Utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English (B2)
    • Experience in telemarketing and sales, self-organization, and time management skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify relevant information
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a service-oriented and professional approach
