About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with major corporations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with major clients and officials.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting relevant KPIs and determining the team's and market's goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with major corporations, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor emerging markets, identify new opportunities, and respond to market shifts and challenges.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with a strong track record of targeting, closing, and understanding the needs of SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a sales team, with leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor your team.
  • Closing Deals: A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing enterprise deals, selling services to large businesses.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to examine data to optimize sales activities and identify patterns and trends.
