Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic partnerships to build an extensive network of Silence partners and dealer distributors.
- Responsible for developing the business of the fleet market together with the HQ fleet team.
- Own the strategy, guiding resources and the team to achieve long-term objectives, meeting business needs and requirements.
- Fulfill objectives set by the Commercial Director: number of dealers and number of sales.
- Ongoing tracking and analysis of results, establishing corrective measures on identified deviations.
- Build processes and CRM to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support.
- Develop and maintain effective, professional long-term relationships with partners and dealers.
- Assist partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability.
- Follow-up on the implementation of Silence's Marketing and Communication initiatives.
- Ensure After Sales Service meets Silence quality standards.
- Team management: support, motivate, and develop the team.
- Monitor the sales plan regarding objectives.
- Hire, onboard, and train the best sales team.
