## Job Title: Country Sales Manager – Spain

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and develop our business in the Spanish market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of our company's strategic goals and objectives.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop our business in the Spanish market
* Conduct market analysis to better understand local market dynamics, competition, customer preferences, and trends
* Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and local partners
* Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and overall business performance to the corporate headquarters
* Be the face of Sverdrup Steel in the Spanish market

## Requirements

* Experience within our product range, grades, and/or segments
* Proven track record in sales and market development in stainless steel and nickel alloys
* Knowledge and experience from the Spanish market
* Superb communication, collaboration, and networking skills
* Strong work ethic with a strategic mindset
* Fluent in English and Spanish
