Country Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our clean tech organisation to success in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the Company's marketing plan in Spain to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through needs assessment, product suggestions, and sales activities.
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.
- Prepare quotes and bidding proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts with customers professionally and ensure satisfactory project completion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers, and resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Lead strategically important sales regions with a demanding customer base.
- Attend trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses, and forums to promote our products and services.
- Establish overall territory sales plans and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets and quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers, and their technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment.
- Proven team management experience.
