About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead our operations and business development in Spain. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing local activity, and ensuring the overall success of the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the P&L for the assigned country/region, including sales, trade, and marketing spending strategies, financial feasibility, planning, and control.
  • Developing and implementing the company's business strategies and objectives in the assigned country/region.
  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Driving business development initiatives to expand the company's market share and customer base.
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on market performance, business activities, and financial results to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar senior sales or revenue leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the local market and business landscape.
  • Team player with excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in the local language and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
