Job Title: Sales Manager Spain Company: Renowned International travel related company with offices worldwide Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager for the Spanish and Portuguese markets with a background in the airline industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, activating and promoting a sales & marketing plan. They will maintain regular contact with customers through visits, email, or telephone/Teams communications, as well as represent the company at relevant local trade fairs and events. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Spanish and Portuguese markets • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets • Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities • Negotiate with potential partners to secure new business • Work closely with other office teams and the headquarters to maximize business opportunities • Search for new business opportunities and share knowledge across the organization Requirements: • Airline or travel industry sales experience is a must • Experience in managing a team, high communication and social skills • Cheerful and positive attitude, at the same time as respectful and professional • Expert users in Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills) • Experience in distribution technologies (GDS, NDC, etc.) • Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management • Overseeing and monitoring revenue development and budget sales • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational aptitude • A high level of fluency in English is essential (Portuguese knowledge is an advantage) • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local Spanish and Portuguese travel industry • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures • Ability to travel on duty trips Why Join Us: We offer a rewarding package tailored to your experience, a vibrant and inclusive environment, and opportunities for career advancement.
