Job Title: Guest Experience Supervisor

Job Summary:

Le Méridien is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. You will work closely with the front desk team to provide excellent customer service, resolve guest complaints, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with the training and development of front desk staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of Le Méridien.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of guest experience initiatives, working closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
