Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services, providing guests with personalized recommendations and information.
  • Record and act on guest preferences, handling their messages, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report any issues to the correct department and ensure follow-up to ensure work is completed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Office/Guest Relations experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
