Nobu Hotel Barcelona Guest Experience Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Nobu Hotel Barcelona. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the telephone switchboard station to answer calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to telephone calls.
  • Advise guests of any messages received for them and send to their room if required.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into Hubs and follow up with guests to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HSK all the "lost" items that guests have asked for.
  • Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
  • Assist guests with accessing the internet.
  • Answer guest emails.
  • Book and manage requests for external and internal services, such as restaurant reservations, car rental, and massage.
  • Prepare VIP guests lists and communicate them to other departments with assigned amenities and handwritten welcome notes.
  • Respond to positive reviews on Booking, Expedia, Google, and TripAdvisor.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Studies in Hospitality or Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the service industry, preferably in hospitality.
  • Spanish and English fluency.
