Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels Resorts. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports and share information about local attractions and amenities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
