We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all visitors to our center.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the reservations team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations and requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
