About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dining Experience Ambassador to join our team at MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and Serve Guests: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Menu Presentation and Recommendations: Present menus and provide detailed information about our dishes, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  3. Table Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare tables for service, setting up silverware and glasses, and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
  4. Order Taking and Communication: Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate order details to the kitchen team, and serve food and drink orders in a timely manner.
  5. Quality Control and Feedback: Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, and report any issues to your manager.
  6. Payment and Settlement: Deliver checks and collect bill payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  1. Attentiveness and Patience: Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness and patience when interacting with guests.
  2. Excellent Presentation Skills: Possess excellent presentation skills, both verbally and non-verbally.
