Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

At SLS Barcelona, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their in-room dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and sincere service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the in-room dining service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the in-room dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while maintaining floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, analytical and highly detail-oriented.
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation, living the company's values.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
