We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and engaging experience.
  • Lead the In-Room Dining team, fostering high staff morale and team spirit through active communication, training, and coaching.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of in-room dining services.
  • Monitor guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the in-room dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while maintaining floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining.
  • Ensure service meets SLS Barcelona standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in hotel meetings, contributing to overall property goals and initiatives.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Proven team leadership, high energy, and motivation, with a track record of living the company's values.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
