Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our In-Room Dining services, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the daily operations of the In-Room Dining service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the In-Room Dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs while maintaining floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining.
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
