About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to lead the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of In-Room Dining services, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Provide warm and engaging service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of In-Room Dining, maintaining high staff morale and team spirit through active communication, training, and coaching.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Monitor guest feedback, implement improvements to enhance In-Room Dining, and balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management.
  • Experience: +3 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Skills: Problem-solving & decision-making skills, analytical and highly detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English.
