Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

At Ennismore, we're passionate about creating exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As an In-Room Dining Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the daily operations of in-room dining, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the in-room dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk, to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
