Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

At SLS Barcelona, we're seeking an exceptional In-Room Dining Manager to join our team. As a key member of our luxury hotel's operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the in-room dining service, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the in-room dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while maintaining a high level of floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to your team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proven team leadership skills, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
