In-Room Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver warm, sincere, and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining service, ensuring high staff morale and team spirit through active on-the-floor communication, training, and coaching.
- Monitor and Improve: Continuously monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the In-Room Dining experience.
- Balance Operations and Administration: Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while maintaining floor presence.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold High Standards: Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times, ensuring service is within the standards of SLS Barcelona.
- Control Costs and Expenses: Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining, ensuring efficient operations.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and front desk, to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in Hotel Meetings: Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
- Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management: A degree with an emphasis in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is required.
- Experience in Food and Beverage Management: +3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
- Team Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
