In-Room Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of our In-Room Dining service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance our In-Room Dining experience.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while maintaining a high level of floor presence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining, ensuring efficient operations and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and front desk, to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
- Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management.
- +3 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Problem-solving & decision-making skills; analytical and highly detail-oriented.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation, with a proven track record of living the company's values.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
