Job Summary

Nobu Hotel Barcelona is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the front desk and handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls.
  • Advise guests of any messages received for them, and send to room if required.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into our system and follow up with guests to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with our concierge team to assist guests with accessing the internet, making restaurant reservations, and booking car rentals.
  • Prepare VIP guest lists and communicate them to other departments with assigned amenities and handwritten welcome notes.
  • Respond to guest emails and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Advanced studies in Hospitality or Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or previous experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
