Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Assist Guests: Provide a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Accommodate Requests: Anticipate and accommodate guests' requests, providing personalized service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Inform Guests: Share information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services, helping guests make the most of their stay.
- Analyze Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our hotel maintains high standards.
- Handle Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services, providing guests with expert recommendations.
- Record Preferences: Record and act on guests' preferences, ensuring their stay is tailored to their needs.
- Report Issues: Report any issues to the relevant department, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Front Office/Guest Relations experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Pre-Opening Experience: Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is highly desirable.
- SLS Brand Values: Understanding, celebrating, and embracing the SLS brand values is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
