Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Request Fulfillment: Accommodate general and unique requests, providing guests with personalized solutions to their needs.
  • Facility Knowledge: Inform guests of hotel facilities and local attractions, including restaurants and bars, to enhance their stay.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve overall rating, scores, and metrics.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Local Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the local area to provide guests with information and recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Guest Preferences: Record and act on guest preferences, handling their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Reporting and Follow-up: Report any issues to the correct department and ensure work is completed.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Proactively maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Front Office/Guest Relations experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Pre-Opening Experience: Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a significant advantage.

  • Skills: Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Personality: Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
