Job Title: Guest Experience Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Intern to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm, friendly, and responsive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Facilities and Services: Inform guests of hotel facilities and services, including restaurants, bars, and local attractions.
  • Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve guest satisfaction and ratings.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Local Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the local area and provide guests with recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and services.
Requirements:
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the SLS brand values and culture, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Team Player: Proactive, positive, and energetic, with a high level of attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
