The Demand Centre UKI & Nordics Manager Role
The Demand Centre Manager will lead a team of Business Development Representatives, working closely with regional sales and marketing teams to develop pipeline and grow Qlik's market share in EMEA. This role is responsible for building pipeline through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

Your Impact
You will provide 1:1 coaching to maximize the conversion of inbound leads and drive best-in-class outbound prospecting activities. You will also coordinate enablement efforts, hire and enable new employees, manage team performance, and communicate future plans and past performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Minimum 2 years team management experience
  • 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development, preferably with software companies
  • Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
  • Highly competent IT & system skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce
