**Job Summary**



Avient Corporation, a leading provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions, seeks a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for managing an assigned sales account base, providing value to a selected group of customers, and driving profitable revenue growth.



The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to effectively utilize customer-centric selling skills and tools, such as scorecards, business reviews, and CRM system management, to achieve stated gross margin targets and approach the sales process with professionalism and effectiveness.



This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and committed to delivering exceptional results.



**Key Responsibilities**




  • Manage an assigned sales account base and provide value to a selected group of customers.
  • Drove profitable revenue growth and achieve stated gross margin targets.
  • Utilize customer-centric selling skills and tools, such as scorecards, business reviews, and CRM system management.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's Key Thrust growth initiatives.


**Requirements**




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or Technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, engineering).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical or commercial role collaborating with various functions.
  • High level of both written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Marketing excellence: demonstrated depth and breadth across the entire marketing discipline.
