The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aquaculture Sales Expert to join our team. As a key player in the additives market, you will work closely with our Technical Sales Advisors to provide technical support, added value selling, knowledge sharing, process optimization, trainings, project coordination, and networking.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the sales team in terms of innovative solutions, technology, and innovations in the additives segment.
- Develop and direct strategic accounts, as well as the market penetration strategy.
- Implement programs and projects for the capitalization of the additives segment in the region.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agronomy, Biology, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the animal feed industry or similar segments.
- Good knowledge of poultry or feed additives.
- Strong experience in technical, added value sales, and/or key account management.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is highly desirable.

- A full-time position in an international, dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
