Transform Customer Journeys at Kaplan Languages Group

We are seeking a seasoned Crm Marketing Manager to lead our customer journey transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a CRM marketing roadmap aligned with our commercial strategy
  • Lead the transformation of customer journeys through data-driven insights and analysis
  • Collaborate with sales, customer care, IT, and other internal teams to ensure CRM activities are integrated and aligned with company goals
  • Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a CRM role, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
