Job Title: CRM Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Kaplan Language Europe - Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a CRM marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer care, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a CRM role, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies.
