Job Title: Crm Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Marketing Manager to join our team at Kaplan Language Europe - Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CRM marketing strategy to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Analyze data and campaign results to inform data-driven decisions
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign performance
  • Collaborate with sales, customer care, and IT teams to ensure CRM activities are integrated and aligned with company goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a CRM role, with experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
