Job Title: Crm Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Marketing Manager to join our team at Kaplan Language Europe - Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a CRM marketing strategy to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM activities with company goals
  • Train and develop a high-performing digital marketing team to drive business objectives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CRM role, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification) preferred
