As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data-driven CRM marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development of customer journeys and create personalized experiences across multiple channels.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities and customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing and customer experience management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM technologies.
