Front Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with expediting situations related to guest service and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in and balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
- English and Spanish are required, with other languages highly valued.
