Job Summary
As a Front Desk Coordinator at AXA XL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive work environment for employees and visitors. This role involves managing the front office reception, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees.
• Handle phone calls, direct messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area, including the kitchen and meeting rooms.
Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
