Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Coordinator at AXA XL, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will involve managing the front office reception, including accepting and distributing deliveries, taking and directing calls, and managing security passes for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors and employees
• Take and direct calls on the main business phone lines, providing excellent customer service skills
• Manage and issue security passes for staff and visitors, ensuring external parties are signed in and inducted
• Coordinate meeting bookings, maintain cleanliness and facilities of all meeting rooms, troubleshoot IT/Video Conferencing issues, and coordinate meeting catering
• Provide coordination support to internal and external events, including liaising with suppliers, when required
• Assist with administrative functions, including word processing, data entry, filing, record keeping, photocopying, and binding
• Coordinate internal processes, including mail collection/distribution, coordinate staff whereabouts, phone list documentation, courier bookings, and print orders

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with the general public and difficult people in a calm and friendly manner
• Communicative English (speaking and writing) and ability to act in accordance with AXA XL's Core Values and Culture
• Previous experience of working as a receptionist and experience of working for an international company
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide ad hoc project support as required
