We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Guide visitors and guests to the correct locations within the office.
- Answer and screen calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule conference rooms.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Event planning and coordination, as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed.
This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week. The salary is 17.00€ per hour.
